Our Fee Structure 2026-27
The school year runs from September to the end of July (11 months). A full day is 7.30am-5.30pm and a half day is 7.30am-12.30pm. Fees are paid monthly but a 5% discount applies to those who pay annually on or before September 2nd, and a 3% discount applies to those who pay per term (2nd September, 5th January and 13th April).

Registrations Fees and Deposits for New Students
When accepting a place, a $200 registration fee is required. Additionally, an initial deposit of CI$650 is required to hold your place for part-time students and a CI$750 deposit is required to hold the place of full-time students. This is only required when first offered a place at Little Trotters and this sum is applied to your first month’s fees. No deposits or fees are required to put your name on the waiting list. No discounts are offered for siblings
Early Withdrawal
We require 30 days notice if a child is being withdrawn from the school prior to the end of the school year. Where more than 30 days notice is given, tuition will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. If less than 30 days notice is given then parents will be responsible for an amount equalling one month’s tuition fees.
Payment Policy
Please note that tuition fees are due regardless of absences due to illness, holidays, or temporary school closures due to weather, catastrophic events and/or any circumstances resulting in interruption of the business.
Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month, and we reserve the right to charge a CI$25 late fee if the account is not settled by the 10th of the month and a CI$50 fee will be charged if the tuition is not paid after 30 days.

Holidays
Little Trotters is always closed for all of August, plus seven days over Christmas, a week in February/March and a week in October. We may offer a few days camp in the Easter holidays, and information on this will be provided ahead of time. Please see the School Calendar for full details.
